CAM – Centro de Arte Moderna Gulbenkian
Reimagined around the Japanese concept of Engawa, CAM Gulbenkian creates a fluid relationship between art, architecture and the surrounding gardens.
Reimagined around the Japanese concept of Engawa, CAM Gulbenkian creates a fluid relationship between art, architecture and the surrounding gardens. Custom OTIIMA pivot and sliding glass systems minimize visual boundaries, opening the museum towards the landscape while preserving the architectural clarity of Kengo Kuma's vision. The result is a light and transparent cultural space where interior and exterior naturally become part of the same experience.
